Bodypaint theme parties are always a fun time! Infusion Lounge decided to put together an album cover night where bodypainters chose one of their favorite albums and painted them on a topless model. We chose Led Zeppelin’s House of the Holy because… well it’s by far one of the most legendary album covers of all time!

We were surprised to discover that the original artwork was created with a camera and not a paint brush. The cover art for Houses of the Holy was inspired by the ending of Arthur C. Clarke’s novel Childhood’s End. The cover is a collage of several photographs which were taken at the Giant’s Causeway, Northern Ireland, by Aubrey Powell of Hipgnosis. What a magical landscape!
